About Tripti Gupta

I’m Tripti Gupta, a real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jordan Baris Realty, serving Livingston, West Orange, East Hanover, Roseland, and surrounding New Jersey communities. I focus on helping first-time homebuyers and people moving from New York City and Jersey City to suburban New Jersey navigate the home-buying process with clarity and confidence.

My connection to this transition is personal. Before moving to Livingston, I lived in Jersey City for more than eight years after previously living in London, UK. I have called Livingston home for the past three years, giving me firsthand experience with the move from an urban environment to suburban New Jersey. I understand that buying a home is about more than finding a property—it also involves considering commute, space, lifestyle, finances, and what you want your next chapter to look like.

Before entering real estate, I worked as a software developer for approximately four years. That experience shaped my analytical, organized, and problem-solving approach, which I now bring to helping clients evaluate properties, understand the buying process, and make informed decisions.

My connection to the Livingston community extends beyond real estate. I work as a substitute teacher in the Livingston School District with elementary and middle-school students. I also participate in the National Charity League’s North Jersey Chapter with my daughter, a mother-daughter organization focused on community service and leadership development for girls. These experiences have given me an opportunity to be actively involved in the community I call home.

I am fluent in English and Hindi and am a member of the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS®. I became a licensed New Jersey real estate professional in November 2025 and began practicing in January 2026. My goal is to provide thoughtful, practical guidance and clear communication throughout the real estate process, whether you are purchasing your first home or making the move from an urban community to suburban New Jersey.
